Self-Defense Series

October 1-22, 8:15- 9pm (Tuesday)

Instructors from the Paramus DoJo will be offering a Self Defense Series. Each week we will learn something new. You must be available for all of the classes.

Week 2 Hand grabs

Week 3 Lapel and Body Grabs

Week 4 Blocking

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing to this program.

This program is for ages 16 and up.

This program will be filled by lottery. Registration begins on September 17.

Photographs and/or video may be taken at this event. By taking part in this event you grant the library full rights to use the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes.
