On September 18 class will turn to a more classical Renaissance time. We will look at the art of Michelangelo Buonarotti. Michelangelo was one of the main reasons I became an artist. The magnificence of his figurative work. His extraordinary skill and obsessive commitment to his work and life as an artist were all things I aspired to. I have always admired his visual skills and acuity and I always will. This will be another fine opportunity for us to do our own figurative drawing and hone our skills in drawing the human figure. This class will be solely devoted to drawing from life.
This program will be held in person, and live on both Zoom and YouTube.
