**Meet at Cycle Craft at 7:30am, roll at 8:00am. 35-40mi/2-2.5hrs depending on the route. 15-17mph average pace, no drop. There will be some opportunities to push the pace at predetermined points with regroup and recovery after.**
We will alternate between 2 different general routes. Routes may be altered slightly week-to-week to keep it fresh.

Novices are welcome! One of my goals for this ride is to be a place where riders looking to step up from a beginner-level ride can continue to develop group-ride skills and etiquette in a safe and encouraging environment, while still providing enough challenge for more advanced riders to stretch their legs a bit. Safety and respect are my top priorities so we will share the road responsibly. Hammerheads will be reigned in!
What to bring:
-Helmet (Required for all riders, no exceptions)
-Drop bar bicycle with properly inflated tires
-Rear blinky light
-Hydration/nutrition for up to 3hrs of riding (2 water bottles and gels/chews recommended)
