Have you ever wondered what it would be like to breath underwater?
Just imagine where you will go! Begin your underwater explorations by enrolling in a NAUI Scuba Diver class with Scuba Connection. This is our entry-level certification course where you will learn the fundamental knowledge and skills to safety dive in open water.
Earning your NAUI Scuba Diver Certification card is an accomplishment for which you will rightfully feel proud and you will be ready to begin a lifetime of underwater adventures and discovering.
During your NAUI Scuba Diver class, you will learn about modern dive equipment, diving sciences, responsible diving practices and the environment. Diving skills will be taught and practiced first in the comfort and convenience of a confined water environment and finally during your open water training dives with your NAUI Instructor.
Classes will be held every Friday evening 6:00PM to 8:30PM and Sunday afternoons 11:00AM to 2:30PM.
The typical course schedule includes a new student orientation session and 4 pool sessions.
Certification is a three step process
Steps 1 and 2 - Complete your E-Learning and classroom learning
Complete your pool skills training
Step 3 - Complete your open water divers either locally or on one of our hosted trips.
When you complete your pool training you will need to schedule your open water dives. There is a separate fee for the Certification portion, and ranges from $175 (when done on a sponsored trip) to $ 350.00 when completed locally.
It’s that easy!
All of our classes include E-learning materials and use of all scuba equipment. There is no need to purchase any equipment, although it is recommended to have your own mask, snorkel and fins.
