Join us for a **DOUBLE Kundalini Activation** on Friday, September 20th at YOGA MECHANICS in Montclair NJ.

After our opening circle you will lay down on yoga mats and then be immersed in high vibrational music for one hour. Like Reiki and light language, Kundalini Activation is a safe pranic energy transmission. Both Chris and Diana will work individually with participants, facilitating the free flow of energy within their systems. The effects of this energy may vary for each individual, ranging from emotional catharsis to vivid visuals and states of bliss.
Experience deep healing as stagnant energy is cleansed and the flow of prana through your chakras and auric field is enhanced.
After a brief stretch break we will again immersed in high vibrational music for an additional hour.
Kundalini Activation is cummulative and repeat sessions are highly beneficial.
