Join us for a Heights morning run! The route is just over 3 mi. We end at Choc O Pain in the Heights to start the weekend out right! Pace is flexible, but most people range between **9:00 and 10:30/mi.** Do also note there is a sizable hill up Hoboken Ave. but we will wait for everyone at the top of the hill. We also regroup at major stoplights/crossings. Please abide by all CDC guidelines relevant to COVID-19.
