Come and explore the west side of Jersey City. Rob will lead us in speedwork/intervals at the Blue Track of Lincoln Park. Whether you run for fun or are training for a race PR, come and join us and work on your goals!
Sessions usually start with 30 minutes of warm-up (very important) so try to arrive on time to not miss this part! Then we do the track workout (which varies weekly), and finish with 15 minutes of stretching.
Runners of all levels are welcome! Hope to see you there!!
