The National Ethical Indicators monthly working group, headed by Society Leader Curt Collier, will address the question “Are We an Ethical Nation?” This group will examine both ancient and modern wisdom, as well as relevant data, to discover the activation points that promote common well-being.
The group will address such questions as: What is applied ethics? Is ethics necessary? How do we measure ethics? How do we share our findings?
These discussions are free and open to all, at the meetinghouse and on Zoom. Lunch will be available for $5. The Zoom link will be in the weekly Focus newsletter and may be obtained by emailing curt@ethicalfocus.org by noon on Saturday.
The group will meet the first Sunday of each month at 12:45 pm, October 2024 through May 2025. Please note: The December meeting will be Dec. 8 rather than the first Sunday.
