Michiko Tomioka, MBA, RDN, CDN, IFNCP, is a Japanese native registered dietitian and cooking instructor. She is actively practicing a chado “way of tea” in Kyoto and NYC. She has lived in Demarest for over 25 years with her family and two lovely pets, shibainu, Genki, and cat, Happy.
