Has Life Ever Thrown You a Curveball? If so, this is is the program for you!
Tenafly resident. Tami Luchow presents her book, Poems for a Memory.
Poems for A Memory is a book written with passion, energy, and the commitment of life experience. The collection of poems is shared to create a space for people who have ever faced a bump in the road—and their families, loved ones, caregivers, and colleagues, to feel that they are seen, heard, valued, and most of all respected. The words and ideas shared are meant to compel readers to seek action, to find community, and together to make a better world. The author seeks a world where people who live with differences—including mental health, physical issues, neurodiversity, learning issues, hearing impairments, visual impairments, cancer survivors, diabetics, behavioral issues, LGBTQ+, socioeconomic, religious, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's—and many other diverse groups who may feel misrepresented, shunned, or pushed aside, have a place and A SEAT AT DIS TABLE. The collection ends with a deeply heartfelt plea to have readers JOIN THE CIRCLE with the author to make a difference.
