Sunday Yoga for Adults
February 9, 2-3pm (Sunday)
All levels and all bodies are welcome! Students will learn basic yoga poses and sequences, build strength, and increase flexibility. Mats are available upon request. This program is for Paramus residents over the age of 18. Registration begins on January 12.
Photographs and/or video may be taken at this event. By taking part in this event you grant the library full rights to use the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes.
