The first three chakras are all about your foundation. The first chakra relates to feeling safe and grounded. The second chakra fuels creativity, relationships, and joy. The third chakra is where confidence and personal power live, helping you take action and achieve your goals. When these are balanced, you feel strong, secure, and ready to handle life’s challenges.
The upper chakras guide how you connect and express yourself. The fourth chakra is the heart center—your ability to give and receive love. The fifth chakra is your voice, helping you speak your truth. The sixth chakra sharpens intuition and inner wisdom, while the seventh chakra helps you find peace and meaning beyond everyday worries.
No yoga experience is needed! You can sit in a chair or bring a mat if you’d like. Just bring an open mind, a pen, and paper for notes.
