The Journey is a supportive, monthly group where participants ground themselves in the wisdom of their experiences, explore personal growth, and spark joy and curiosity in their lives. Each session focuses on a specific theme that invites self-reflection and group inquiry. Whether you're navigating change, seeking insight, or looking to expand your creative potential, this space is designed for you.

Group members may also be invited to engage with short readings or videos to help anchor the month's discussion. Each session offers an opportunity for members to lead a 45-minute mini-workshop or activity, sharing their expertise and passions in a collaborative, supportive setting.
