IN PERSON - The Amateur - In Morristown - Dinner at Lin's Palace

I know several of us are interested in seeing The Amateur, starring Rami Malek and Laurence Fishburne. The cast also features Rachel Brosnahan ("Mrs. Maisel"). No reviews are out yet but the trailer looks good. So let's see it in Morristown and discuss at Lin's!

THEATER: We'll see the 4:15pm show at AMC Headquarters in Morristown. Advance tickets are available now.

PARKING: You can park in the hotel garage - be sure to get your parking ticket validated at the movie theater. Or you can try to get street parking but meters will be in effect. Some folks park in the CVS parking lot down the street.

DISCUSSION: After the movie we'll walk across the street to Lin's. For those who haven't been before, Lin's Palace is a restaurant serving authentic Taiwanese cuisine. The hot and sour soup is highly praised, and the restaurant offers sharable plates. The staff is friendly and accommodating to dietary restrictions. The Taiwanese menu is recommended, featuring dishes such as Taiwanese sausage fried rice, shrimp spring rolls, steamed fish, and fish ball soup. SYNOPSIS:
Charlie Heller (Rami Malek) is a brilliant, but deeply introverted decoder for the CIA working out of a basement office at headquarters in Langley whose life is turned upside down when his wife is killed in a London terrorist attack.
