This powerful evening features local leaders shaping the future of Newark through philanthropy, justice, innovation, and people-powered progress.

Rashawn Davis, Executive Director at The Andrew Goodman Foundation
Newark native and former civilian member of the Newark Police Review Board, Rashawn is a nationally recognized voice on public safety and community accountability. His work is grounded in real-world experience, community advocacy, and a vision for a justice system built byโand forโthe people.
Monica Hall, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
A seasoned policy expert and community strategist, Monica Hall brings years of experience working at the intersection of equity, education, and economic justice. Her leadership has supported innovative, grassroots policy efforts across Newark and beyond.
