On 03/13/2023, at 0215 hours, officers were patrolling the area of the 700 block of William Street when they observed an individual they knew to be on the defiant trespass list enter the residence of 760 William St. The individual was arrested and transported to headquarters. The male party was processed for trespassing and released in a summons.
On 03/15/2023, at 1637 hours, units were dispatched to the Speedway Gas station on a report of a male trespasser. When they arrived, they spoke to the clerk and the clerk identified the individual. The suspect was provided with prior notice that he was not allowed on the property. The suspect was arrested and transported to headquarters. The suspect was processed for being a defiant trespasser and was released on a summons to appear in court.
