Kearny Celebrates the Appointment of Its New 2nd Ward Councilman. We extend our warmest congratulations to Councilman Dennis Solano. Reflecting Kearny’s rich diversity through his proud Peruvian heritage. Since making Kearny his home in 2004, he has been active in the community, becoming an integral member of the Kearny Municipal Utilities Authority in 2017. We look forward to his continued contributions and leadership in this new role.
