1. On August 7th, 2023, during a motor vehicle stop, the Guttenberg Police Department arrested 21-year-old Cristian R.
Pineda-Aceituno, of Cliffside Park, NJ. At our agency’s headquarters, Mr. Pineda-Aceituno was charged with driving while
intoxicated [39:4-50]. After the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Pineda-Aceituno was issued his summons and
released from police custody.
2. On August 7th, 2023, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the area of 504
70th Street for a report of a male who stole a purse from the M Bar and Restaurant located at 7000 John F. Kennedy
Boulevard. Officers located the described suspect and retrieved video surveillance footage from within the
establishment depicting the theft. As the result of their on-scene investigation, the Guttenberg Police Department
arrested 26-year-old Danilo E. Esquit-Pichiya, of Fairview, NJ. Mr. Esquit-Pichiya was charged with theft [2C:20-3A] and
hindering his own apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)]. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Esquit-Pichiya was
issued his complaint warrant and then lodged in the Hudson County Correctional Center.
3. On August 8th, 2023, during a motor vehicle stop, the Guttenberg Police Department arrested 41-year-old Fernando
Orozco Peralta of West New York, NJ. At our agency’s headquarters, Mr. Orozco Peralta was charged with driving while
intoxicated [39:4-50]. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Orozco Peralta was issued his summons and
then released from police custody.
4. On August 12th, 2023, during a motor vehicle stop, the Guttenberg Police Department arrested 34-year-old Didier D.
Jimenez-Pachon of North Bergen, NJ. At our agency’s police headquarters, Mr. Jimenez-Pachon was charged with driving
while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Jimenez-Pachon was issued his summons
and released from police custody.
5. On August 12th, 2023, during a motor vehicle stop, the Guttenberg Police Department arrested 32-year-old Victor M.
Lluilema Armas of Union City, NJ. At our agency’s police headquarters, Mr. Lluilema Armas was charged with driving
while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Lluilema Armas was issued his summons
and released from police custody.
6. On August 13th, 2023, during a motor vehicle stop, the Guttenberg Police Department arrested 55-year-old Alejandro
Valdivia of North Bergen, NJ. At our agency’s police headquarters, Mr. Valdivia was charged with driving while
intoxicated [39:4-50]. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Valdivia was issued his summons and released
from police custody.
7. On August 13th, 2023, during a motor vehicle stop, the Guttenberg Police Department arrested 52-year-old Jorge D.
Calle-Ruiz of New York, NY. During their on-scene investigation, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol
Division uncovered that Mr. Calle-Ruiz had an active warrant out of the North Bergen Municipal Court in the amount of
$1,500.00. At our police headquarters, Mr. Calle-Ruiz was able to post 10% of the total bail amount ($150.00) and was
then released on his own recognizance, pending a new court date with the North Bergen Municipal Court.
