Please join Arts and Cultural Affairs, Special Projects & the Office of Comprehensive Community Education for our Black History Month Bazaar & Program: Celebrating Black Resistance
The City Hall bazaar is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the program is from noon to 1p.m. The Flag-raising will take place at 1 p.m. Staff can wear African Garments to help celebrate this event.
