Hoboken, NJ - A new donut shop is coming to Hoboken at 91 Washington Street, the former location of Curry Up Now.
The owners of Dipped Donuts, a donut shop in Cliffside Park, is opening the new eatery under the name Dipped N Smashed. According to its website (https://dippednsmashed.com/), in addition to made-to-order donuts and specialty shakes like the Cliffside Park location, this new Hoboken location will also be serving smashed burgers and hot dogs.
91 Washington Street was last occupied by Curry Up Now, a restaurant franchise serving Indian street food. Curry Up Now has multiple locations across the country, and this Hoboken location opened in early 2020. However, it was permanently closed earlier this year.
The date of the grand opening has yet to be announced, but some Hoboken residents are already looking forward to trying out a tasty treat from the new business.
