Gun/Stolen Car Arrest in Millburn

On October 3, 2023 at 07:26 am, Millburn Police Officer Kerwien located a stolen vehicle traveling west
on Glen Ave, by brookside Drive. The vehicle was a stolen 2004 Mercedes Benz C23, stolen out of
Newark. Millburn Police Officer Kerwien, along with Officer Reid, and Officer Dalakian were able to stop
and box the stolen vehicle in at the intersection of Brookside drive and Glen Ave. The driver was
detained without incident. A search of the stolen vehicle yielded a loaded .32 caliber revolver handgun
in the center console, 9 glassine folds of suspected heroine, four stolen ID’s and credit cards. The
investigation led to the arrest of the driver Brandon Rollines, age37, of Bellmawr NJ. He was charged
with receiving stolen property(vehicle), possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, unlawful
possession of a weapon, and possession of CDS. He had an active no bail warrant for domestic violence
aggravated assault out of Deptford NJ. He was processed at Millburn HQ and remanded to the Essex
County Correctional Facility.
