Kearny’s new stormwater pumping station is now open!
This state-of-the-art station is equipped with two 200 HP pumps that can drain the 100,000 gallon wet well in just 4 minutes. It also features an elevated platform to protect the electrical controls, monitoring equipment, and natural gas emergency generator from flooding.
This critical project will help to alleviate flooding conditions in the Radley Street, Sandford Avenue, and Harrison Avenue areas.
