The Mayor and Council of the Town of Kearny will hold a Special Public Meeting on Monday, August 7, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Kearny High School Auditorium, 336 Devon Street, Kearny, New Jersey 07032. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce our municipal parking program Ordinances and present how the municipal parking program will be implemented. Full copies of the ordinances are available for inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk and on the town website as listed below:
- Ordinance Creating a Parking Utility
- Ordinance Establishing Residential Parking Permit Program
- Ordinance Regarding Parking of Commercial Vehicles
