1. On December 7th, 2023, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 54-year-old Carlos
E. La Cruz of Guttenberg, NJ, as the result of an active warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. La Cruz
was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest
processing, Mr. La Cruz was lodged in the Hudson County Correctional Center.
2. On December 9th, 2023, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 25-year-old Aida A.
Taveras-Polanco of Bronx, NY, after she turned herself into our custody for an active warrant issued by the Guttenberg
Municipal Court. Ms. Taveras-Polanco was processed in the Guttenberg Police Department, where she was able to post
the full bail amount of $550.00. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms. Taveras-Polanco was released on her
own recognizance, pending her next court appearance at the Guttenberg Municipal Court.

guilty in a court of law.
