Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman
announce that at approximately 3:47 a.m. on October 19, 2023, members of the Passaic Police
Department responded to the area of President Street and Parker Avenue in Passaic, New Jersey,
for a report of shots fired. Police were able to locate a potential crime scene in the area, but no
victim was located. The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be
released once it becomes available.
