Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman
announce that at approximately 9:26 p.m. on September 18, 2023, members of the Passaic Police
Department responded to the area of Monroe Street and Tulip Street upon a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, responding officers were able to locate a potential crime scene.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released once it
becomes available.
