Secaucus Police Blotter 01/29/2024 to 02/04/2024

On 01/30/2024 at 3:49 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old male, Christopher Rosado of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Rosado was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 01/31/2024 at 2:27 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s located at 400 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49-year-old male, Michael Daye of Jersey City, NJ for Robbery [2C:15-1A(1)] and Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Daye was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $7,500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Daye was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 01/31/2024 at 4:06 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old female, Treasure Smith-Brown of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hanover, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option. Smith-Brown was arrested after she entered Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road for the purpose of receiving a release form for her motor vehicle. Hanover did release Ms. Smith-Brown on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.

On 02/01/2024 at 10:06 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 35 Enterprise Avenue to take into custody a female at the location on behalf of the Jersey City Police Department. The Jersey City Police Department advised the Secaucus Police that there was a female at the location that had an outstanding warrant out of their jurisdiction. Upon arrival the police arrested a 28-year-old female, Brianna Williams of Jersey City, NJ for 1outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option along with 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Jersey City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Ms. Williams for transport back to their authority.

On 02/01/2024 at 9:17 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old male, Manuel Diaz-Echarry of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Diaz-Echarry was issued his complaint summons and was subsequently released from police custody.

On 02/02/2024 at 4:28 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 49-year-old male, Phillip Realpe of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Realpe was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 02/03/2024 at 2:47 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 1250 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a fight in progress. During the investigation, the police arrested a 46-year-old male, Ihsan Bullock of Secaucus, NJ along with a 42-year-old male, Mark Bell of Secaucus, NJ for Simple Assault [2C:12-1A(1)]. Both Mr. Keasbey and Mr. Bell were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.

On 02/03/2024 at 9:08 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bloomfield Police Department to take into custody a 34-year-old male, Cordell Tullis of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Newark did release Mr. Tullis on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Tullis was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 02/04/2024 at 11:35 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Sam’s Club located at 300 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 25-year-old male, Christian Parratoribio of the Bronx, NY along with a 27-year-old male, Roberto Floresnunez of New York, NY and a 37-year-old male, Jose Vasquez-Cardenes of the Bronx, NY for Theft [2C:20-3A and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. All three parties were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
