King Spa and Sauna, Palisades Park, NJ
Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of YOUNG UK HU (DOB: 12/24/1986; single; massage therapist) of Palisades Park, NJ on sexual assault charges. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Acting Chief Matthew Finck and the Palisades Park Police Department under the direction of Chief Anthony Espino.
On Wednesday, January 3, 2024, the Palisades Park Police Department received information that YOUNG UK HU engaged in sexual activity with an individual while giving a massage at the King Spa and Sauna in Palisades Park, NJ. An investigation was initiated by the Palisades Park Police Department and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit.
As a result of the investigation, on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, YOUNG UK HU was arrested in Paramus, NJ and charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault, N.J.S.A. 2C:14-2c(1); and fourth-degree criminal sexual contact , N.J.S.A 2C:14-3. YOUNG UK HU was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, NJ.
Prosecutor Musella states that the charges are merely accusations and that the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He would like to thank the Palisades Park Police Department for its assistance in this investigation.
