1. On March 28th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 31-year-old Youngsoo Kim of Guttenberg, NJ, after discovering that she had an active criminal warrant issued by the Deal Municipal Court. Ms. Kim was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest processing. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms. Kim was released on her own recognizance, pending her next court appearance with the Deal Municipal Court.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
