1. On April 7th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 44-year-old Ricardo Cirilo-Romero of West New York, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. CiriloRomero was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Cirilo-Romero was issued numerous summons for traffic violations and then released into the custody of staff from the Palisades Medical Center.
