1. On June 10th, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau received a report
of a stolen bicycle. During their investigation, the victim assisted our Detectives with tracking the stolen bicycle via an
Apple air tag. As the result of this investigation, the bicycle was retrieved and returned to the victim and Detectives
arrested 25-year-old Henry A. Tzian-Vargas of West New York, NJ, for theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Tzian-Vargas was then
transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest
processing, Mr. Tzian-Vargas was issued his complaint summons and released from police custody.
2. On June 11th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division
arrested 27-year-old Lissette G. Azansa-Sanchez of Hackensack, NJ, for hindering her own apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)]
after providing officers with a fake name. Ms. Azansa-Sanchez was then transported to the Guttenberg Police
Department for her arrest processing. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms. Azansa-Sanchez was issued her
complaint summons, multiple summonses for traffic violations, and then released from police custody.
3. On June 11th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division
arrested 30-year-old Cristian D. Aguachela-Milan of Guttenberg, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr.
Aguachela-Milan was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the
completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Aguachela-Milan was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and
then released to a responsible adult.
4. On June 13th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division
arrested 34-year-old Johnathan O. Crespo of North Bergen, NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant issued by
the Bordentown Township Municipal Court. Mr. Crespo was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for
his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Crespo was released on his own recognizance,
pending his next court appearance with the Bordentown Township Municipal Court.
5. On June 14th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division
arrested 44-year-old Armando Aparicio-Morales of New York, NY, for driving while intoxicated. Mr. Aparicio-Morales
was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest
processing, Mr. Aparicio-Morales was issued multiple summonses for traffic violations and then released to a
responsible adult.
6. On June 15th, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division responded to the area of 68th
Street and Park Avenue for a possible fight. During their on-scene investigation, officers arrested 31-year-old Vincent P.
Dmartino of North Bergen, NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant, issued by the North Bergen Municipal
Court. Mr. Dmartino was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the
completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Dmartino was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court
appearance with the North Bergen Municipal Court.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven
guilty in a court of law.
