1. On June 6th, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division received a report of a burglary that occurred in the past. The investigation was turned over to the Guttenberg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau. As the result of their investigation, on June 10th, Detectives arrested 59-year-old Richard Medina of West New York, NJ, for criminal trespass [2C:18-3], burglary [2C:18-2], and theft [2C:20-3]. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Medina was issued his complaint warrant and lodged in the Hudson County Correctional Center.
