On 06/25/2024 at 7:48 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Miguel Ferrer-Morales of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Clifton did release Mr. Ferrer-Morales on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Ferrer-Morales was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ. Mr. Ferrer-Morales was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 06/25/2024 at 9:11 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Best Buy located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 61-year-old male, Charles Gore of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Gore was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Officers from the Union City Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Gore for transport back to their authority.

On 06/26/2024 at 2:11 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, David Lopez of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Lopez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On 06/26/2024 at 3:50 PM, Secaucus Police responded to 630 New County Road on a report of an employee theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old male, Jorge Valdes-Cancio of South Amboy, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Valdes-Cancio was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 06/28/2024 at 6:54 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 101 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a road rage incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old male, Josue Corea of Fairview, NJ for Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, a knife [2C:39-4D] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, a knife [2C:39-5D]. Mr. Corea was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/28/2024 at 8:42 PM, Officers from the Newark Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road to transfer custody of a 25-year-old male, Nyieb Hastings of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Hastings was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/29/2024 at 3:31 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 1322 Paterson Plank Road to check the well-being on an individual laying under a tree. During the investigation, the police arrested a 41-year-old male, Grigory Krivoshein of Parsippany, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of New York Superior Court with no bail. Krivoshein was also charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Krivoshein was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 06/29/2024 at 9:27 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hilton Garden Inn located at 875 Paterson Plank on a report of an individual inside a motor vehicle who appeared to be intoxicated. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Adam Brown of Garwood, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Brown was also charged with Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Mr. Brown was issued his complaint summons along with his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
