1. On July 24th, 2024, the West New York Police Department contacted the Guttenberg Police Department and
informed us that they had a female in their custody with an active warrant, issued by our Municipal Court. Shortly after,
Officers of the West New York Police Department transported 36-year-old Natasha P. Casillas of West New York, NJ, to
our police headquarters, where she was transferred into our custody. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms.
Casillas was released on her own recognizance, pending her next court appearance with the Guttenberg Municipal
Court.
2. On July 25th, 2024, the North Bergen Police Department contacted the Guttenberg Police Department and informed
us that they had a female in their custody with an active warrant, issued by our Municipal Court. Shortly after, Officers
of the North Bergen Police Department transported 19-year-old Camila Zambrano-Santa of Garfield, NJ, to our police
headquarters, where she was transferred into our custody. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms.
Zambrano-Santa was released on her own recognizance, pending her next court appearance with the Guttenberg
Municipal Court.
3. On July 26th, 2024, a female walked into the Guttenberg Police Department regarding a dispute. While at police
headquarters, it was discovered that she had an active warrant, issued by our Municipal Court. At that time, 43-year-old
Lisett Nunez of Guttenberg, NJ, was arrested and processed on the active warrant. Upon the completion of her arrest
processing, Ms. Nunez was released on her own recognizance, pending her next court appearance with the Guttenberg
Municipal Court.
4. On July 27th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division
arrested 33-year-old Victor E. Erazo-Ayluardo of Bronx, NY, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Erazo-Ayluardo
was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest
processing, Mr. Erazo-Ayluardo was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and then released to a
responsible adult.
5. On July 28th, 2024, while responding to a report of a motor vehicle accident, members of the Guttenberg Police
Department’s Patrol Division arrested 44-year-old Maria C. Gonzalez of Union City, NJ, for driving while intoxicated
[39:4-50]. Ms. Gonzalez was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest processing. Upon the
completion of her arrest processing, Ms. Gonzalez was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and then
released into the custody of Palisades Medical Center staff.
6. On July 28th, 2024, the West New York Police Department contacted the Guttenberg Police Department and informed
us that they had a female in their custody with an active warrant, issued by our Municipal Court. Shortly after, Officers
of the West New York Police Department transported 33-year-old Tanisha M. Rodriguez of West New York, NJ, to our
police headquarters, where she was transferred into our custody. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms.
Rodriguez was released on her own recognizance, pending her next court appearance with the Guttenberg Municipal
Court.
The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven
guilty in a court of law.
