Fun and Games for the Week of August 19, 2024

Your creative, nontraditional scavenger hunt begins at a scenic spot that's a local favorite. You'll get your digital quest from your live and interactive remote host. Then you’ll take off on your own to experience a wide variety of carefully curated locations in town. You'll walk or drive to the various checkpoints as you interpret creative tasks, accept wacky challenges, and get outside your comfort zone!

Blood on the Clocktower is a game of murder and mystery, lies and logic, deduction and deception.

We are thrilled to partner with Play! Hoboken to bring a Dungeons and Dragons program for our teens! Join us every Tuesday in August at 3 PM to learn this classic role-playing game. It's a fantastic way to spend the summer, make new friends, and embark on epic adventures!

Witness professional actor Jack Lobley bring to life a medieval fantasy world plagued by monsters, greedy politicians, and rival factions. Play as a heroic adventurer or a mercenary antihero as you overcome obstacles, solve puzzles and slay demonic creatures. Create a Level 4 character using official D&D materials or pick from one of our premade characters and join in on the fun.

We invite you to join us for a night of fun, drinks, and trivia at Hops Craft Bar. Our group will form a team and participate in the trivia game that the bar runs every Tuesday night. Hops is a cozy and friendly spot that offers a wide variety of craft beers, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. It's the perfect place to hang out with fellow coffee lovers, have some laughs, and maybe even win some prizes!

People are required m to bring their own food and snacks to the brewery as the brewery does not serve food, and it’s encouraged that people purchase a drink as well. This is sure to be a fun event where you can play trivia and also make some connections as well!

what is this event about?... having fun playing board games, irl; with actual people, irl. It is very fun, for everyone, and pre-pandemic sometimes we were "standing room only" (almost). Barring checking your phone for work/babysitter msgs, we request that you 'unplug' & not use your digital devices. 😊
