On 08/26/2024 at 9:14 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old male, Moustapha Sawadogo of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10 % option. Sawadogo was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 08/26/2024 at 12:23 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Bergen County Jail to take into custody a 27-year-old male, Ivan Savych of Garfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $700.00. Savych was unable to post bail and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 08/26/2024 at 5:29 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male, Giancarlo Rodriguez of North Arlington, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A], Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(1)] and Possession of Burglary Tools [2C:5-5A(2)]. Rodriguez was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and he was released from police custody.

On 08/26/2024 at 6:07 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Port Authority Police Department to take into custody a 30-year-old male, Marquis Johnson of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Johnson was also found to have 4 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,750.00. Mr. Johnson was unable to post bail and he was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 08/27/2024 at 11:10 AM, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old female, Bianca Edrington of Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of East Orange, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Edrington was subsequently transported to the East Orange Police Department.

On 08/28/2024 at 8:36 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of the Maple Street Ramp and Paterson Plank Road on a report of a suspicious individual who was seen throwing bags around. During the investigation, the police arrested a 59-year-old male, John Tracy of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hillside, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Tracy was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Methamphetamine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Gamma Hydroxybutyrate [2C:35-10.2A] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. The Hillside Police Department did release Mr. Tracy on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Tracy was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 08/29/2024 at 10:53 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 31-year-old female, Jacquelin Velez of West New York, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Guttenberg, NJ in the amount of $1,100.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Guttenberg along with Garfield did release Ms. Velez on her own recognizance pending future court dates and she was released from police custody.

On 08/30/2024 at 2:29 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 58-year-old male, Delgar Thompson of Wilkes Barre, PA for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Thompson was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On 08/30/2024 at 3:32 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old male, Ari Arias Baldera of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the NJ State Police with no bail. Arias was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and officers from the NJ State Police responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Baldera for transport back to their authority.

On 08/30/2024 at 6:01 PM, in the area of Route 3 East, officers located a motor vehicle with a stolen license plate. A motor vehicle stop of the vehicle was conducted and the police arrested a 29-year-old male, Andrey Martinez-Aquino of Union City, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A]. Martinez-Aquino was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 09/01/2024 at 4:46 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Henilkuma Sheta of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Sheta was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 7 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 09/01/2024 at 9:58 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Fradwin Garcia-Frias of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Mansfield, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Garcia-Frias was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/01/2024 at 11:29 PM, Secaucus Police attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop with a vehicle located at Route 3 West. The involved vehicle subsequently fled from the police. The vehicle was located by the police in the area of 500 Plaza Drive where the police subsequently arrested the driver, a 19-year-old male, Elvin Almonte of North Bergen, NJ for Eluding [2C:29-2B], Endangering Another Person [2C:24—7.1A(2)] and Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)]. Almonte was issued his complaint summons along with 7 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
