Veggies are aplenty at the Ho-Ho-Kus Community Garden at Borough Hall! The Garden’s mission is to bring community members together in the shared goal of growing organic produce for those who need it most. We grow, harvest, and supply fresh produce to neighbors in need in and around our community on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. The Garden’s produce is also offered to our residents on select Farm Days, with donated proceeds supporting garden operations.
The initiative relies heavily on volunteers who care for all aspects of the garden, such as planting, weeding, and harvesting, as well as those who distribute the produce. By building a network of committed volunteers, the Ho-Ho-Kus community can come together to make a difference! Training is provided; your enthusiasm and dedication are valued more than gardening expertise.
