1. On August 26th, 2024, a male walked into the Guttenberg Police Department, at which point it was discovered he had an active warrant issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court. At that time, officers arrested 31-year-old Dawlin A. Delacruz of Jersey City, NJ. Mr. Delacruz was then processed for the active warrant and subsequently lodged in the Hudson County Correctional Center.
2. On August 26th, 2024, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division had responded to a reported motor vehicle accident. During their on-scene investigation, officers arrested 33-year-old Jose Curuparmira of Guttenberg, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Curuparmira was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Curuparmira was issued multiple summonses for traffic violations and then released to a responsible adult.
