Guttenberg Police Blotter - September 9th, 2024 to September 15th, 2024

1. On September 9th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 25-year-old Solymar Cabassa of Bayonne, NJ, for three active warrants issued by the North Bergen, Little Falls, and Wayne Municipal Courts. Ms. Cabassa was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for her arrest processing. Upon the completion of her arrest processing, Ms. Cabassa was issued summonses for traffic violations and then released on her own recognizance, pending her next court appearances.

2. On September 12th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 33-year-old Alex Aguilar of Guttenberg, NJ, for an active warrant, issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Aguilar was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Aguilar was lodged in the Hudson County Correctional Center.

3. On September 13th, 2024, during the Latin Night Concert on John F. Kennedy Boulevard East, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau observed a male and female engaged in a dispute with their dogs. During their on-scene investigation, Detectives arrested 52-year-old Raymond Elefterion of Guttenberg, NJ, for disorderly conduct [2C:33-2]. Mr. Elefterion was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Elefterion was issued his complaint summons and released from police custody.
