On 09/23/2024 at 4:25 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Morris County Correctional Facility to take into custody a 42-year-old male, Jay Penny of Pine Brook, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. Penny was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/23/2024 at 11:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to TD Bank located at 1262 Paterson Plank Road on a report of an individual sleeping in the vestibule area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old male, Daqui Pryor of Trenton, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of New York City with no bail. Pryor was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Pryor was further found to be involved in a burglary and theft from a motor vehicle that occurred on 09/19/2024. During the incident on 09/19/2024, several tools were found to be taken from a motor vehicle parked in the parking lot of 1379 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Pryor was additionally charged with Burglary [2C:18-2A(1)] and Theft [2C:20-3A] in relation to this incident. Mr. Pryor was issued his complaint warrant for Being a Fugitive from Justice and a complaint warrant for the Burglary and Theft and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/24/2024 at 11:40 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 56-year-old male, Lenin Irigoyen-Saavedra of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Irigoyen-Saavedra was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 09/24/2024 at 4:30 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Essex County Jail to take into custody a 29-year-old male, Cristhian Hurtado-Vinan of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Hurtado-Vinan was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.

On 09/24/2024 at 5:07 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 39-year-old male, Zurab Laliashvili of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Laliashvili was issued his complaint summons and was subsequently released from police custody.

On 09/26/2024 at 5:22 PM, while on a park and walk at the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road, the police observed a shoplifting occurring inside the establishment. During the investigation, the police arrested a 52-year-old female, Darleen Abline of Linden, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Abline was also found to have 3 outstanding warrants issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $15,000.00. Ms. Abline was issued her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/27/2024 at 7:38 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Monmouth County Jail to take into custody a 57-year-old male, Steven Iannaccone of Neptune, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. The warrant was issued for the charges of Theft [2C:20-3A], Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3B] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)] in relation to a Theft incident that occurred at Command Web located at 100 Castle Road on 06/30/2022. Iannaccone also had 1 other outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. This warrant was issued for the charges of Theft [2C:20-3A] and Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3B] in relation to a theft incident that occurred at 100 Castle Road on 07/01/2022. Mr. Iannaccone was issued both complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 09/28/2024 at 1:03 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old male, Angel Morel Laro of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ in the amount of $550.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elmwood Park, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. Morel Laro was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Saddle Brook, NJ. Elmwood Park did release Mr. Morel Laro on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Morel Laro was issued 6 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 09/28/2024 at 4:00 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old male, John Miller of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $750.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Fort Lee, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Miller was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ. Fort Lee did release Mr. Miller on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Miller was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and he was released from police custody.

On 09/29/2024 at 9:24 PM, Officers from the Newark Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and transferred custody of a 56-year-old female, Tina Eli of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. The Secaucus Municipal Court subsequently released Ms. Eli her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.

On 09/29/2024 at 8:48 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male, Beyon Wilson of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Old Tappan, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Wilson was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 09/29/2024 at 2:58 PM, Secaucus Police responded to CVS located at 101 Plaza Centre Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34 year old male, Pablito Tirado-Santiago of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], 2 counts of Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3B] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Tirado-Santiago was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
