Guttenberg Police Blotter - December 9, 2024 to December 15, 2024

1. On December 9th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 58-year-old Eric A. Flores-Garcia of Woodland Park, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Flores-Garcia was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Flores-Garcia was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and then released into the care of staff from the Palisades Medical Center.

2. On December 9th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 45-year-old Francisco Lopez-Jimenez of Hackensack, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. LopezJimenez was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Lopez-Jimenez was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and then released into the care of staff from the Palisades Medical Center.

3. On December 12th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 33-year-old Carlos A. Roca-Roca of North Bergen, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Roca-Roca was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Roca-Roca was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and then released into the custody of a responsible adult.

4. On December 14th, 2024, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 41-year-old Reynold Lizima of Jersey City, NJ, for driving while intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Lizima was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Lizima was issued numerous summonses for traffic violations and then released into the custody of a responsible adult.


The charges above are merely accusations. Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
