
On 01/30/2025 at 12:58 PM, the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division responded to the Secaucus High School located at 11 Millridge Road on a report of an individual who had received a terroristic threat. During the investigation, the police arrested a 15-year-old juvenile male of Secaucus, NJ for Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Terroristic Threats [2C:5-2A(1)]. The juvenile male was issued his juvenile complaint summons and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 01/31/2025 at 9:02 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the Shake Shack located at 700 Plaza Drive on a report of a patron who was threatening individuals in the establishment. During the investigation, the police arrested a 35-year-old male, Jonathon Davila of Garfield, NJ for Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3A]. Davila was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 02/02/2025 at 1:14 AM, Officers from the West New York Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 32-year-old male, Lester Aguilera-Santana of Las Vegas, NV for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Aguilera-Santana was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Weehawken, NJ in the amount of $250.00. Mr. Aguilera-Santana was able to post bail for the outstanding warrants issued out of Secaucus, NJ and Garfield, NJ. Weehawken did release Mr. Aguilera-Santana on his own recognizance pending a future court date and was released from police custody.
On 02/02/2025 at 8:46 AM, Secaucus Police received information of a motor vehicle that was driving erratically. The involved vehicle was found stopped on the roadway in the area of 1234 Paterson Plank Road. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Esvin Primero-Gonzalez of Passaic, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Primero-Gonzalez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 8 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 02/02/2025 at 2:42 PM, Officers from the Irvington Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 43-year-old male, Randy Dunn of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1000.00. Dunn was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
