
On 03/06/2025 at 7:04 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 54-year-old male, Luis Medina of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:29-1(A)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-2A(3)(A)], Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(3)(A)] and Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to the police. Medina was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/07/2025 at 2:54 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 39-year-old male, Jonathan Hernandez-Perez of Hoboken, NJ along with a 42-year-old male, Luis Ramos-Colon of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. Hernandez-Perez was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Clifton, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Ramos-Colon was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. Mr. Hernandez-Perez was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/07/2025 at 5:24 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old male, Jorge Martinez of Linden, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $750.00 with a 10% option. Martinez was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Martinez was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On 03/08/2025 at 3:42 AM, Secaucus Police performed a well-being check on a male in the area of Paterson Plank Road and Post Place. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Ahmad Hamdeh of Paterson, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Heroin [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Hamdeh was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 03/08/2025 at 11:47 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male, Luis Perez Gomez of Amityville, NY for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(2)]. Perez Gomez was issued his complaint summons along with 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.
On 03/09/2025 at 7:54 AM, Secaucus Police observed a male cross the street in the area of 1 Meadowlands Parkway. The male was observed crossing outside of the designated crosswalk area. During the investigation, the police arrested a 49-year-old male, Frank Serrano of Hoboken, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Easton, Northampton County, PA with no bail along with 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $250.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $6,500.00 with a 10% option. Serrano was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be GHB [2C:35-10.2A] and Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Serrano was issued his complaint warrants along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
