1. On March 6th, 2025, during a motor vehicle stop, members of the Guttenberg Police Department’s Patrol Division arrested 38-year-old Luis A. Guevaratello of West New York, NJ, after discovering that he had an active warrant, issued by the Point Pleasant Beach Municipal Court. Mr. Guevaratello was then transported to the Guttenberg Police Department for his arrest processing. Upon the completion of his arrest processing, Mr. Guevaratello was released on his own recognizance, pending his next court appearance with the Point Pleasant Beach Municipal Court.
