On 03/10/2025 at 12:03 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 38-year-old male, Sebastian Ferreira of Cliffside Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Edgewater, NJ in the amount of $550.00 with a 10% option. Ferreira was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 03/10/2025 at 10:41 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male, Kadeem Weatherspoon of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bridgewater, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $500.00. The Union City Police Department and the Secaucus Police Department did release Mr. Weatherspoon on his own recognizance pending future court dates. Weatherspoon was able to post bail for the warrant issued out of Bridgewater, NJ. Mr. Weatherspoon was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 03/10/2025 at 10:59 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office to take into custody a 26-year-old male, Demetri Dominick of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00. Dominick was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/10/2025 at 4:51 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Hamidou Diallo of Brooklyn, NY for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for possessing a stolen license plate. Diallo was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 03/11/2025 at 8:54 AM, Secaucus Police responded to 30 Enterprise Avenue due to information that an individual at that location had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Brandon Guzman-Fabio of Lodi, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ with no bail along with 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Garfield Police Department with no bail. Officer’s from the Garfield Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody of Mr. Guzman-Fabio for transport back to their authority.

On 03/12/2025 at 2:32 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Harrison Police Department to take into custody a 44-year-old male, Victor Agosto of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. Agosto was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Guttenberg, NJ in the amount of $550.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500.00 and 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $300.00. Mr. Agosto was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 03/12/2025 at 3:03 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Juan Bernhardt-deris of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Bernhardt-deris was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/13/2025 at 1:06 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 49-year-old female, Christina Provenzano of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hoboken, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00 with a 10% option. Provenzano was arrested at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. The Hoboken Police Department did release Ms. Provenzano on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.

On 03/15/2025 at 12:59 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested an 18-year-old male, Smarlin Patricio Guzman of Garfield, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $750.00. The Passaic Police Department did release Mr. Patricio Guzman on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Patricio Guzman was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.

On 03/15/2025 at 3:14 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Extended Stay located at 1 Plaza Drive on a report of a verbal dispute. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old male, Quantrell Jackson of Oklahoma City, OK for Defiant Trespassing [2C:18-3B]. Jackson was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 03/16/2025 at 7:23 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old male, Claudio Rivera of Jersey City, NJ for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D], specifically a baseball bat. Rivera was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and he was released from police custody.


These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
