Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In-Charge Patrick Murray announce that at approximately 10:00 p.m. on March 17, 2025, members of the Paterson Police Department responded to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey on a report of a shooting. Police were able to locate a 29-year-old male victim from Paterson suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds. The victim arrived at the hospital via private vehicle. Police were able to determine a shooting took place in the area of Rosa Parks Boulevard and Keen Street. Police were able to locate a potential crime scene in the area.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released once it becomes available.
