
On 03/18/2025 at 7:50 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male, Yendry Angeles-Liriano of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Angeles-Liriano was also charged with Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. Mr. Angeles-Liriano was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On 03/18/2025 at 3:33 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Best Buy located at 3 Mill Creek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, Dominick Robinson of Trenton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option. Robinson was also charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. Mr. Robinson was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/18/2025 at 1:01 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft of packages that occurred at 9000 Riverside Station Boulevard on 01/05/2025, the police arrested a 40-year-old male, Min Jiang of Saddle Brook, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Jiang was taken into custody at Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road. Mr. Jiang was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On 03/19/2025 at 5:47 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the involved individuals were observed attempting to drive away in a motor vehicle. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and the police arrested a 54-year-old male, Fernando Scarpa Tubin of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Scarpa Tubin was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Scarpa Tubin was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 03/20/2025 at 5:23 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the New Jersey State Police Atlantic City Barracks to take into custody a 36-year-old male, Jason Baker of Haddon Heights, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. Mr. Baker was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/20/2025 at 11:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 1315 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34-year-old male, Eric Cotui-Rodriguez of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Cotui-Rodriguez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 5 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On 03/21/2025 at 12:30 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old male, Miguel Rodriguez of Lodi, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Rodriguez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On 03/21/2025 at 12:52 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 42-year-old male, Fernando Leyva of Union City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Wayne, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ with no bail, 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. Leyva was additionally charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. Mr. Leyva was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/22/2025 at 4:44 AM, Officers from the New Jersey Transit Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road to transfer custody of a 38-year-old male, Damola Arowolo of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Newark did release Mr. Arowolo on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Arowolo was unable to post bail for the warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/22/2025 at 11:35 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the South Orange Police Department to take into custody a 24-year-old male, Hassan Alexander of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Alexander was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On 03/23/2025 at 7:02 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old female, Kaitlin White of North Arlington, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Wayne County Sheriff Department in PA. White was further charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Ms. White was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses along with her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
