Secaucus Police Blotter: March 31, 2025 to April 6, 2025

On 04/01/2025 at 4:42 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old male, Aisaih Alvarez of Englewood, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Camp Hill Police Department, PA with no bail along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Englewood, NJ in the amount of $750.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Waldwick, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Alvarez was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Alvarez was issued his complaint warrant along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/02/2025 at 2:09 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 100 Lighting Way on a report of a male attempting to gain entry into vehicles in the parking garage. During the investigation, the police arrested a 23-year-old male, Clinton Banton of Lawrenceville, GA for Criminal Trespass [2C:18-3A]. Banton was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 04/03/2025 at 12:24 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Raphael Vincent of Union City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $1,750.00. Vincent was unable to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Union City Police Department.

On 04/04/2025 at 4:37 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Anti-Crime Unit in relation to a recovered stolen motor vehicle on 01/01/2025 in the area of 265 Secaucus Road, the police responded to Jersey City, NJ and arrested a 21-year-old male, Alex Delossantos of Jersey City, NJ for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle [2C:20-10.2A]. Delossantos was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/06/2025 at 12:14 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 48-year-old female, Joshalyn James of Charlotte, NC for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Florham Pak, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00. Florham Park did release Ms. James on her own recognizance pending a future court date and she was released from police custody.
