Secaucus Police Blotter 04/03/2023 - 04/09/2023

On 04/05/2023 at 1:57 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Favio Gomez-Martinez of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00. Mr. Gomez-Martinez was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On 04/05/2023 at 8:46 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 25-year-old male, Dandre Wilson of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued by the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Mr. Wilson was further charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Ecstasy [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Wilson was issued his complaint warrant along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On 04/07/2023 at 2:29 PM, in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Patrol Division in relation to a false report made to the police on 03/31/2023 regarding a stolen bicycle, the police arrested a 39-year-old male, George Ayyoub of Secaucus, NJ for False Reports [2C:28-4A]. Mr. Ayyoub was taken into custody after he entered Police Headquarters located at 1203 Paterson Plank Road for the purpose of turning himself in for the charge. Mr. Ayyoub was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On 04/07/2023 at 3:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s located at 400 Millcreek Drive on a report of an assault. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old male, Glaser Arias of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Nutley, NJ in the amount of $750.00 along with 1 NCIC warrant issued by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of Mr. Arias for transport to their authority.

On 04/08/2023 at 12:02 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 63-year-old male, Manuel Torresjarrin of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Torresjarrin was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with 3 additional motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
