Newark Symphony Hall presents "A Night on the Mic" Open Mic Series in our newly renovated Terrace Ballroom. Don't miss this opportunity to perform on the historic Terrace Ballroom stage. Corbitt Williams is an energetic performer and music lover. He traveled with Disney Cruise lines as a performer and worked as a cabaret singer in New York before discovering his love of teaching and performing for families. Mr. Corbitt will share books of contemporary songs from the realms of jazz, reggae, pop, rock, and R&B. Along with these musical stories, Mr. Corbitt shares children's songs and rhymes.

Jersey Sound is one of the Tri State Area's premier bands, known for its versatility and talented members. Jersey Sound is putting its own spin on the music industry by giving people a combination of music genres creating delectable sounds the ear can only imagine. These incredibly talented musicians and singers come from different musical backgrounds to form one of New Jersey's most requested bands.

You’ve seen the show "Americas' Got Talent" on TV, now see what Secaucus residents bring to the Buchmuller stage. Join us for our 4th Annual, “Secaucus’ Got Talent”. This is not a competition, but a supportive gathering of residents, adults and children who would like the opportunity to perform and share their talents with their family, friends, and their neighbors in Secaucus and other nearby communities.

It's that time of year! Pack snacks and/or drinks to share, and let's enjoy music in the park! Enjoy the fresh air, outdoors, friends, food and great music performed by the best bands! Always so much fun! No need to bring folding chairs as folding chairs are provided and set up by the town. Wholesome New York Cowboy and the Hoboken Biergarten Present Hoboken Hoedown. Break out the boots and the bolos and come ready for two steppin’ and brew sippin’. Enjoy delicious food, mingle with a wonderful group of people and enjoy these classic tunes by this classic band! Arrive at 5:30 p.m. to find parking and seating and to mingle and have dinner before the early 6:00 p.m. performance.

A 10-slot open mic list is available upon entry to the venue for poets, singers, emcees, dancers, comedians, musicians, storytellers and more to sign up and showcase their artistry. The event will be hosted by Sean Battle, with sounds by The IZM. and refreshments by Treasure’s Golden Confections. $10 advanced tickets available until Friday August 16th,11:59PM, or until sellout. Afterwards, admission is $20 at the door.
